Long story short, "A Clockwork Orange" is one of my absolute favorite movies ever + I quite like MCR as a band, so this was the perfect picture to draw. Gerard as the character of Alex from that movie.
Awesome.
::EDIT:: Uploaded a better version, as the previous one was a bit blury.
okay so i cannot believe no one has commented this yet!? this is spectacular i saw it in the 'newest' images of 'gerard way' i thought it was a picture until i looked below it and saw 'traditional art' and my jaw dropped, litteraly. it absolutely stunning, there's not one thing about your penmenship that i can fault. i just think it's annoying that you have to put a url on it because of those stupid art theifs out there *is angry at art theives *. but seriously this is excellent and and i would totally artnap it for myself given the chance great great great work, keep the wonderful work coming

First of all...I love your Gerard icon thingy Second of all, THANK YOU so much for the awesome words. Do I even need to mention you made me ego boost a little? Oh yah...u did.
Yeah, I HATE having to put water stamps on drawings and other art work, but I kinda feel I had to...art stealers suck. It's kinda sucky finding your art work made into a little icon on some band site or whatever, and people not even crediting you for it. So that's where the water stamp comes in...whaddaya gonna do, huh?
THANKS again for making me smile

I like the book far better than the movie. Burgess wrote it as like a satire, poking at the horrible things people do, and I liked the way he did it; he was a smart guy. I hear Burgess himself didn't like the movie that much though He said: "a jeu d'esprit knocked off for money in three weeks, it became known as the raw material for a film which seemed to glorify sex and violence. The film made it easy for readers of the book to misunderstand what it was about, and the misunderstanding will pursue me till I die." I felt bad for him
BTW, where did you learn to do hair like that? My hair always comes out looking totally cartoony

That aside, have you ever read the book, not just watched the movie?
